Cap mould hot-runner high speed /cold-runner mould
Cavity and core:S136 steel HRC52-55
inner moving parts:SKD11 steel
Water plate: #2316 stainless steel , help the cooling water through well. Can`t block the cooling water way.
heat plate:H13 when heating ,the plate not easy deformed.
inserts: bush.cavity.moving parts.core.center tripper can exchange. All use SKD11 steel
Heating system : ROTFIL from Italy(servo energy type)
cooling system:core cooling directly . outer cooling way is big water cooling.
Drop mould:electromagnetic valve to drop cap.
Cycle time:Normal machine 10S high speed machine 3-5S
Cavity and core make carbonate treatment. Make surface HRC80
Quality control
1. Ensure that each piece of interior material without blemish through the instrument detects the interior mould material;
2. Adopt standard components from famous brands in the industry to ensure the quality;
3. Inspect all components carefully after buying and processing, and than start follow-up processing if they are qualified;
4. Test the hardness of each part after heat treatment, and deal with or replace it that fail to be qualified ,and than start follow-up processing if it is qualified;
5. Purchase the hot runner systems from famous brands in industry to ensure the quality and life;
1.What do you need for a quotation?
Our company is specialize in the plastic injection moulds, blowing moulds and plastic product injection moulding service.
You need to send 2D or 3D drawings or samples of your needed product to our company with detailed requirement of your product .Then we can quote the price and make the moulds match you requirement.
2.For the runner, what is available?
According to customer`s requirement .We can use the hot runner or cold runner.
3.What material are used for the moulding?
We usually use the mould steel such as:S45C,S50C,P20,S136H,718,718H,2738,2316,2083,2311,NAK80,H13,etc.
4.What software is used in your company for mold design,product design?
For mould design ,we use UG,PRO/E,CAD etc.
5.How long it is for the lead time of the first mold test ?
Usually the lead time for the first moulding test is 35-45days.The difference is based on the size and structure of the moulding.
We have abtained the TUV Certificate and Original of Certificate can be supplied if needed.
